Whiplash and Crash Forensics
Every collision is unquie and every persons injuries will vary dependent on a number of factors including force, collision vector and risk factors. Dr. Mazzarella and Dr. Marek have taken over 500 hours of training in Whiplash and Motor Vehicle Trauma training.
In addition, Dr. Mazzarella has participated in Live Full Scale Human Volunteer and Bio-Rid Dummy Crash Testing research in order to understand the unique injury mechanisms and occupant kinematics that occur in individual crashes. This training has led to Dr. Mazzarella's certification in Motor Vehicle Crash Forensic Risk Analysis. Examples of this research are provided below. Please see our Whiplash Treatment Page for additional information.
