Membership Fee: $100.00 / Month (Must be paid for full 12 months in advance. No refunds or credits allowed).

Membership includes:

• 2 Spinal Manipulation Sessions per month.
• Unlimited Electrical Stimulation, Heat (Thermotherapy), Ice (Cryotherapy), Cervical Traction and Lumbar Posture Re-Training.
• 1 Personalized Exercise Plan with Exercise Instruction.
• 2 Needle Acupuncture Sessions per month.

This membership can not be transferred. Membership fee's must be paid in full for 1 year. No refunds are provided and treatments cannot be accumulated if not used. Treatment sessions are booked on a first come first serve basis. All appointments are to be booked online only using our DocMeIn Scheduling system.

Members are will have to purchase Electrical Stimulation Electrode Pads. Each set is $10.00. These are reusable and the clinic will store your pads for you if you wish. This membership does NOT include soft tissue work, massage therapy, ART or Nimmo.

If a service is deemed inappropriate, or our doctors believe that the service could harm the member due to any number of reasons including past medical history, the member will not be eligible to receive the service. This will not change the monthly membership fee.
